Here is a sample APA7 student paper to follow for title page, headings, etc. (at Purdue Owl). In an introductory paragraph identify the company, the topic and a well crafted thesis statement.
Briefly describe the company and the nature of its business and corporate business environment. Do not spend a lot of time on the history of the company, but do describe sufficiently to create meaningful context. This should only need to be a paragraph.
Research, define and discuss the legal issues and regulatory environment for the company′s consumer issue. (i.e., What are the specific laws involved?) Include case law.
Ethical dilemma and two ethical frameworks: Identify the ethical dilemma that the company presents with respect to the consumer problem of the case study. This should be encapsulated in a single sentence in your paper. Evaluate two ethical frameworks with respect to the company management′s decisions that created situation. One of these should be the ethical framework you identify as the framework the company followed or that is illustrated by its decision-making giving rise to the problem. The other framework you present and discuss is to be a contrasting ethical framework that might have produced a different situation for the company.
Other legal topics that relate to the company′s business: Also, clearly define and evaluate three (3) additional legal topics (NOT related to consumer protection laws) that we covered this term and that have involved this company. Suggestions are included in the above chart. (Hint: Review the legal topics in the textbook and cite to the the text in your analysis. We covered many subjects. Examples: contracts, torts, product liability, bankruptcy, securities & stocks trading, employment issues, defamation, privacy, ADR, etc. Include illustrative case law.)
General recommendations for business leadership and managers that you have learned from this study (not just for the company you have selected, but for operating and managing a business).

Assessment Overview The objective is to allow students to apply systems thinking approaches to a systemic challenge. They will be expected to use these techniques to map the system around a specific challenge and to generate an action plan with potential market/intervention opportunities. They will develop a personal action plan using a learning journal to document reflections for themselves as systems leaders. Personal Action Plan (Individual Assignment) Write a personal plan of action, distilling lessons from the course and answering the following question: How can I bring the skills of systems thinking into my own work? The word limit for this assignment is 1,000 words and the question will be assessed using the following criteria: • Articulation of the importance of systems thinking skills (30%): showing a clear connection to the readings and frameworks discussed in the course. • Analysis of opportunities for development of these skills (40%): Demonstrates an understanding of the types of complex problems related to the student’s area of work where systems thinking could be usefully applied. Clearly explains why these skills are required. • Plan of action (30%): Develops a clear action plan for developing and applying systems thinking skills both personally and through engaging with others e.g. through particular teams where these skills might be most relevant.
The word count covers the main body of text, including in-text citations, direct quotations, tables, figures, and diagrams, and excluding appendices, footnotes, reference list and bibliography. Personal guidance: Shipping industry; challenges where systems thinking can be used, context global shipping industry and specific Pakistan, ideas:
• Overcapacity and oversupply of ships, which can lead to low freight rates and reduced profitability for ship owners and operators. • Congestion and delays at ports, which can affect the efficiency and reliability of the supply chain.
• Limited availability and high cost of finance, which can hinder investment in new ships and technology.
• Climate change and environmental regulations, which can affect the cost and availability of fuels, and the emissions and waste generated by ships.
• Cybersecurity and data privacy, which can be compromised by hackers and other malicious actors.
• Labor shortages and skills gaps, which can limit the availability and productivity of crew members and other workers in the shipping industry.
• Lack of female employment in shipping, affecting the shipping industry’s ability to transform, upgrade, modernise. Can mention all above, but then focus on one for personal action plan; preferably lack of female employment in shipping.
